Registration Details:
- The payment link and registration link will be activated from 18th Sep 2024.
- The registration fees includes for both conference and pre conference attendance however separate registration needs to be done for pre conference workshop
- Registration Fee includes admission to the conference, workshop sessions, Conference kit, lunch and snacks for conference days and a conference dinner and a softcopy of compendium of the proceedings with an ISBN number. This does not include accommodation and travel to the venue
- Each author/group of authors can submit up to 3 papers. For the 2nd paper and 3rd paper, the authors will get a 40% discount but each author has to register separately.
- The Co-authors will get a 10% discount in registration fees.
- Additional guests accompanying the paper presenter have to register as well.
- Cancellations of conference and pre conference registration received before 9th Dec, 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
- Invitation and Professional Development Letters: Delegates who require an invitation letter in order to make travel and visa arrangements should first register for the conference online.
